My charger effectively stopped working properly when an upgrade to the system was made in March and now the charger is searching the network before charging, well in theory .
I made a call to the helpline today and was sent information about how to connect the system to my wifi, which I have never needed to do before. The instructions are incomprehensible to me. I just want someone to come out and sort it out. I am thinking of going to BP office to complain.
