I am not happy with the customer service I have received, for some reason last month my account payment was taken nearly 2 weeks late, with no explanation of when it would be taken, then it was taken with out any updates & the payment had bounced, I contacted customer service when I had noticed to pay & was told every thing is fine & they would take the in 2-3 days & my account would be fine, & then the next day my account had been suspended. I have emailed & have received no response, I am not happy with the customer service I have received & this has cost me as now I am paying a much higher rate on payg.
