Everything went off to plan . Yes a bit of bother for getting things right but we got there in the end.
The ladies were most helpful when I requested that the technician come early rather than later and they obliged. The Person who came was very good professional and well skilled. So al went well
The only disappointment we have is that our unit does not have a lock whereas we have seen others with locks
