The degree to which they demanded not only proof that I own my property but also made me pay for Land registry documents illustrating the boundary of my land because my garden is to the side and we are working on my home left a sour taste.
The installation itself though was excellent and I would have rated the service with the full five stars if based on the service of the engineer alone.
