Whereas the initial consultations and help were of a good standard and the install/installer was great. The general follow up calls, response times and attitude of one particular employee regarding a booking I responded to within 3 hrs, was very poor, verging on rude.
I definitely got the impression that you have plenty of work and it's not really a huge deal if you lose an enquiry.
