Your fitter Matt Haines was the shining star in your operation. He was efficient, helpful, professional and above all friendly and personable. 👍thanks Matt. Your administration was efficient but not not as impressive; too many duplicate emails and phone calls. Was charged £50 extra for a breaker that I did not need, this was speculative pressure selling.(promised to refund) . We had to photograph the fuse box and location as well as filling in on line form. Quite a carry on! The charging unit is easy to use and not unsightly, the charge time is quick and superior to home charging
