The engineer had never installed the particular BMW system I ordered.
Although the guy was really efficient and installed everything properly. He didn’t have the knowledge to instruct me on the operation as expected. It was less than I expected.
I tried to get some help from your support desk and they also didn’t know how the system worked and had to read the manual. I can do that myself.
The experience has been less the expected and well blow par for BMW.
