Although telephone service very good and work carried out good . Report from first engineer was lost so we had a long wait while report found before install.
Survey engineer said electrics in house fine we just needed a surge adapter. Fitting engineer said our electrics not good and we needed new fuse boards and £500 work by our electrical provider. Just the contrasting opinions but the two Chargemaster engineers the problem although everyone very helpful.
