Installation confirmed between 8am and 12pm. I asked if i could have the 'first call' which was confirmed. I called the office at 8.30am as the engineer hadn't arrived. I was informed that 'first call' meant between 8am and 12pm as it depends when the engineer starts his/her day. Very unprofessional and misleading.
