Excellent customer service. My experience with BPC was superb; always got through on the phone quickly and usually to my named point of contact. If not, another agent was familiar with progress and able to help with my query, very knowledgeably.
Installation Engineer was punctual, friendly and did a great job of mounting the charge point.
