The application process was fine, quite a few forms to be completed and evidence to be provided albeit I guess this is driven by government requirements for the grants.
The installer (Leon) was fantastic. He did everything he could to avoid having to put wiring through the house and managed to wire the unit straight into the exterior meter board saving messy wiring and holes in walls. A very neat job so very grateful to Leon.
