The initial sign up process and processing the paperwork took longer than I thought, but there were no issues and the sales team were easy to contact and sort things out, I just felt like I had to push things forward myself. The waiting time for installation was very short, an initial install day about eight weeks away was given but I phoned up to see if that could be brought forward and an engineer was able to visit only three days later. On the day the engineer was brilliant. He talked me through the process of what he was going to do and we discussed where the charger was going to be installed. The charger is connect directly to the incoming supply rather than running off the board in the house, (there was an additional charge of I think £50 to pay for the extra kit) but this saved having to disturb internal decoration. The work was completed in a few hours and is very neat and tidy. The engineer game a good demonstration of the charger and we made sure it worked fully before he left. With the subsidised cost of install this has been well worth doing and I would recommend BP Chargemaster.
