BP Chargemaster fitted a charge point at my house which failed after 1 hours use. These things happen, the fitting was efficient, and the subsequent replacement was efficient once it occurred but tit was a major task to get information out of BP Chargemaster scheduling team who would never ring back or email after being told they would and I had to contact them on many occasions to chase the issue up over a three week period. Summary on site work great, follow up issue in the office very poor.
