Customer service was superb from start to finish. Annmarie made the whole process very easy and explained the technical aspects very well.
The Smartcharge app stopped recording usage after a week but your support team have explained that an upgrade will fix. The usage data stopped working on 14th July - and so anything that can be done to fix that would be good. 5 weeks seems a long tine to fix something that will possibility be affecting all customers.
