The wallbox was installed yesterday by Mike Becket. This engineer was very competent and tidy and carried out all the necessary checks, cleaning up as he moved about. I got proper installation certificates but was surprised to receive no instruction manual. I did not, at that time, know about the 'App' but have not been able to complete installation of it on my smartphone as a dialogue box said my email address was invalid. I emailed Chargemaster's customer service address but am not hopeful of receiving any help. I will use my car's (Nissan Leaf 2019) charge timing facility. The processes up to the actual installation were completed satisfactorily. If it was not for the apparent indifference regarding the BP Chargemaster App I would have given 5 stars. I've charged the car only once so far and that worked fine.
