This rating is given in respect of the quality of the installation. This was completed just 10 days ago and we've charged our car at home only once since then. The engineer was very competent, neat, and made good use of time. He worked ceaselessly and everything was ready within 3 hours and 20 mins of his arrival. I was somewhat surprised to discover that there is no instruction manual but it looks as if one just plugs it in. I was not able to download Chargemaster's App to my smartphone, a warning stated that my email address, that I've used successfully for 20 years or so, was not recognised as a valid email address. I emailed customer services to this effect but have had no communication from them. Previous reviews, particularly on Trustpilot, are scathing although people are generally very complimentary about the electrical engineers who do the installation. I have a Nissan Leaf and use the vehicle's timing function to control when the car is actually charged. I may follow up with trying BPCm's Customer Services again but am not hopeful....
