I phoned BP chargemaster after being let down by PodPoint who kept me waiting for ages just to get a date for an install which by the way never came. After explaining my situation to BP Chargemaster we organised everything in ONE phonecall and got an install date there and then. WOW. Amazing service from Hina and Donna who ensured that the install was undertaken without any stress. I’m delighted with the service, their empathy and responsiveness. Their charge-point also has better functionality eg able to lock it with a key without additional cost. Don’t go anywhere else. Thoroughly recommended.
