The charger doesn't function as a smart charger, and the app is full of corrupted information. Resulting in me not being able to use the charger to take advantage of cheaper night time electricity tariffs as I intended.
Customer service is very good and communication is quick and easy. I am hopeful these frustrating issues can be resolved quickly. Otherwise I will expect a refund.
