Poor service overall
poor communication, set up process is too long. Had to send paperwork twice. Different departments asking for the same info when already sent. Repeatedly asking for site photos after THEIR engineer had been to survey. Extremely poor service when reported a fault on the unit, Had to call them 3 times in one week as nobody got back to me. Will never use again
