Having ordered the unit in February it took until the end of May to be fitted!
In that time I submitted private and confidential information via email only to be informed that they had not been received by one person (4 in total) to another stating that had everything and repeating again.
The method and process is extremely unprofessional.
Post this the installation was good although my property incurred damage and I'm having to submit the cost of the repair.
For a company that is using this brand or has been bought out by them you need to drastically improve - have a secure portal for submission of documents, acknowledge receipt of information, keep everything digital, improve business phone interaction and make sure that quality control is achieved for the end product.
