The plug unit is fine but the mobile app is not so good. It requires the user to enter the username and password every time I wanted to use the app. Also because I’m on day and night electricity Tarrif, it would be good if the app can notify me to change my settings if wanted to charge during the day and the settings haven’t yet been altered. It has happened on few occasions when I plug in the cable but the car doesn’t charge because my settings would only allow charging in the evenings.
