Initially the service received was excellent, great communication, customer service and instal. Unfortunately the ongoing support and after service is appalling. the charger installed was faulty and stopped working around a week after instal. It’s now been around 6 weeks and I am still
without a working charger or any update as to when it will be fixed. I have called 3 times and been promised a return call
but this never happens. I will now need to source another company to replace the charger as i’m sick of wasting my time sat at a charging station everyday on the way home from work.
