had to cancel my flight today due that no one let me know that i had to fill a mandatory form and no one but no one wanted to help me what i was soppose to do came back to the house and spend 5 hours asking for help and no one did than paid on top of my ticket 229 more for the ticket and almost 600.00 for a return ticket now im going to santo domingo with nooo money at all and im still waiting for the comfirmation num for tomorrow ticket but thank to a person name maximo help me and was very patient with me so no i am not happy
