“I was informed when a change to my itinerary occurred. I called immediately to get the return flight changed, and the customer service worker said it was changed to a better time. I now checked the reservation and it was entirely unchanged and I had to pay $80 to change it myself. I would like that $80 returned.”

“We had to cancel our tickets due to illness. We completely understood that we purchased non-refundable tickets but, had we purchased directly from the airline, we would have at least been issued a travel credit for the amount we paid (minus a $99 fee). Cheapflightsfares is only willing to give us a travel credit for $350 out of about $900. Lesson learned. Never again.”

“The price charged in CAD was slightly different than the one given by the website (~3% difference) as I was charged conversion fees from canadian dollars. I would have appreciated to be charged in CAD as told in the mail of confirmation. I did appreciate Cheap Flights Fares team's reaching extremely quickly to me to settle this, though!”
