“Immediately after booking the flight, I noticed the first name was incorrect, so I called to have the error corrected. Evidently it was quite a hassle of a request due to airline regulations. I spoke with a man named Lucky who was more than helpful and spent over an hour with me on the phone getting the error corrected. Lucky is to be commended for his excellent customer service. I will definitely use your site again when making flight arrangements.”

“I was doing price comparisons had 2 windows open never pressed to complete purchase said pending and next day it had changed to purchase. I purchased with AA because it was cheaper and I did not have to purchase insurance extra. Now they are not wanting to refund my money. I tried to call and ask to speak with someone the man was very rude and said we don’t give your money back. Didn’t even try to make different arrangements or ask if I wanted credit. Rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend I recieved a call back and they are going to credit back my account the represenitive I spoke with was polite and helpful.”

“I booked the ticket online, but need to speak to an agent regarding routing. It is very easy to access agents. The agent I spoke to (Dixon) was very efficient and courteous. Got me the ticket I want in business class at very reasonable prices. He also told me I have 24 hours to think things over gave me a number I can reach him. Subsequently, I also spoke with other agents and they are all very helpful. She tried to look up alternative routing and dates for me for a good price. Very satisfied.”

“Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience and Unjustified Fee Dear Customer Service, I recently purchased a flight to JFK, and due to the autofill function on my mobile device, my second last name was included in the booking. When I called customer service to correct this, I was assisted by a representative who demonstrated a lack of professionalism and customer-oriented service. The agent attempted to charge me $56, claiming that the airline would otherwise charge me $200. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, he insisted that the supervisor would provide the same response. After a long wait, the call was disconnected. The agent later called me back and miraculously resolved the issue but still charged me $6.50 for the correction. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I spent nearly an hour resolving a minor issue that should have been handled efficiently and professionally. I would appreciate a review of this matter and clarification on why I was charged for a simple name correction. Looking forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, JL Robert”
