“Very nice that they helped me through a credit card issue. However they double billed me and when the reimbursed the second charge the exchange rate was $60 less. Ugh.”

“My final deal was perfect however it wasn’t my first booking. After I booked and it is confirmed in writing, I was called to say there was a problem with one flight and they could fix it and improve the one stop with a nonstop. They asked for $1100 more I said no. Asked for my money back. Got a call from their resolution person who worked it out. Not sure what happened but I have suspicions. Wouldn’t you?”

“They deivered exactly what they said they would deliver. In our case, it was discounted international flights. The only shortfall was that it took almost 12 hours before the tickets were confirmed which created a little stress since cancelation window is 24 hrs; and after reading some of the questionable reviews, I was anxious thinking that I had made the wrong choice. Fortunately, I was able to use a pay later option which provided some assurance in case there was problem at least I'd have some recourse. But I worried for nothing because everything went exactly as planned.”

“While the prices are great it's hard to manage my booking myself which I am used to. Don't like that so gave you a 4*. Plus I can't print my own boarding passes. If I want to make changes I have to call which for me his an inconvenience”

“BAIT and SWITCH! Not only did they rent me a car for $41 then try to change the charge to $179 but the representative asked, how I expected to get a car for 3 days for $41. That's just an admission that they were running a bait and switch. The representative who called me also was a non-native speaker who continually tried to talk over me when I began to speak. I need to file a complaint with the Florida attorney general because of the deceptive acts of this company. I will not accidentally use them again. It is almost comical that they think they can book you at one price and then call back and try to charge 4.5x the booked price.”

“I made a reservation, and then I decided to call to check the reservation number.The moment I called the agent ( Sean Harrison) tried to trick me and to fool with the pricing. I asked to talk to the manager he did not let me. Instead seeing that I am firm no be fooled he told me he was going to speak to the manager about wawing the extra charge “due to the price increase”. He ended charging me more $130, significantly less than at the beginning. I called a few times back after receiving the bill. Every officer refused to connect me with the manager. They tried to play the mutual responsibility. I called the next day, and yet another agent told me that all the managers are busy attending an important meeting. She promised me that one of them would call me in a couple of hours. Another day has passed. Finally I called talked to a manager by the name Oscar (?). “At the end of the day I received my tickets l, but due to everything that happened in between purchasing and receiving my ticket, I lost trust and thought I was being scammed. To cancel a ticket purchased within 24 hrs you need to to call (can’t do it online) and getting a hold of someone is really hard. Once you get a hold of an executive, they try to convince you not tu cancel your ticket by saying you will receive it in 15 minutes or so. Then that doesn’t happen and I have to call again and the lack of reliability and professionalism makes me not want to trust. Wouldn’t use this platform again.”

“I am grateful to God for a safe flight. Great pilots at Southern who also had great customer service. The booking was somewhat based on lies. I was not looking to go for a charter plane and there was no disclosure about it. There was no disclosure about the high sickening noise levels and no toilets, and the fact that the take off was not in DFW main airport per the online information. If I had know all that information I would have opted to go with a regular plane and pay more. I ended up with motion sickness but thank God it is resolved. The flight back had accurate information. Please consider the feedback and ki day let passengers know that info ahead of time. Some may like it the fact that security checks are waived, others would rather pay more and use regular planes. Thank you!”
