“I am happy finding good price ticket from Las Vegas to Okinawa in May. And, called to upgrade the sheet between Los Angeles to Haneda, and return from Haneda to Los Angeles. The person on the phone was kind and I was able to compete to change my ticket. Also, I will call tomorrow to ask changing one more item, sorry. I wanted to buy insurance, but by my mistake, I bought "change schedule". I am hoping change can be done. Let's see. Receiving email communication is pretty good. Phone communication was also goo. “Terrible, porque al día siguiente de comprar el vuelo, tuve que YO LLAMAR a USA a preguntar que pasó, y me dijeron "Ay, los pasajes ya subieron". Tuve que discutir con el personal porque me querían subir muchísimo del valor que ya había reservado ese mismo día. Terrible esa estafa al consumidor, nunca más volveré a comprar con ustedes.
