I found a good round trip airfare which I was online got my email confirming my purchase, but noticed when I was selecting my free seat selection that I was getting charged $32. I called and spoke to Isla. She said the price went up over $124. on my ticket. Then I was buying a one way ticket for my husband on-line as I was speaking with Isla and bought it at $236.60, got my confirmation and by the time I got off the phone to select my seats with Isla the price went up to $388.60. I got my E-ticket for my round trip ticket, but no seat confirmation and no E-ticket yet for my one-way ticket for my husband. I called and spoke with Kayton and said Isla would be taking care of that. I told him I found that same flight for only $334 now, but he could not help me. I told him I have 24 hours to make any changes and I didn’t want to miss out on the discounted rate that I found. He said he would send her an email. My e-ticket also says no refunds when Isla told me I had no change fee and flexible credit. I am upset by the time I found the flight that I wanted and made my payment, got my confirmation, the price changed so much. There should be a clock telling you how much time you have left to complete your transaction at the price advertised, not say someone would have called you with the price change. That is poor customer service and false advertisement.
