I had to cancel a flight last year due to COVID. I had a year to use the ticket since I was not refunded my money. I wanted to book a flight and had a substantial credit and the flight I wanted to take was less than this amount. Apparently my "use by date" was May 12th and to extend my flight to May 20th instead they wanted me to pay an extra almost $200 even though the ticket price WITH bags was still well under my current credit from the previous ticket. So in order to keep from eating the cost of the original ticket I had to fly somewhere at a time I did not want to. This place is one big scam and I will never use them again and will be sharing this experience with everyone I know and on social media. It's borderline extorsion and not a good way to retain customers.
