Charged me an additional 1500 to put me one a new flight when mine left early. Then put me on “the next one out by 1 hour, but didn’t bother to tell me it was already delayed 4 hours and I would get re-routed with a 9 hour layover. My entire weekend was ruined due to trying to travel!
