Not very user friendly after booking…I needed to change my flight and the rep helping me was condescending and when I told him I needed to leave by a certain day - asked if I could leave on a flight the next day. Was a little rude while assisting me and when I asked a question responded in a condescending tone. Won’t book through cheap flights again.
