I had to change a flight due to Covid, a additional fee was changed, the total cost 807, the sight offered refund insurance, so I accepted it. My itinerary from this company showed its included. I call and need to cancel, now you say your not going to honor what it says! No one should use this company! My experience has been horrible. American Airlines told me to never use this company because they have done this before!! So now they say I’m getting a refund of 640 back, and sent me the following amount of 1$ back on the original form. I person I talked to told me it can only be by check. This continues to be an horrible experience. The sight when it asked do you want to protect your 807 that you are paying for your flight. Not do you want part of your money back at a cost of 77$ for the insurance and a horrific experience trying to get your money back!!!!
