After seven hours of purchasing a flight for my dad and myself we had to cancel since my dad with 88 years old had tested positive.
Obviously we needed to cancel they did not want it to help us,
After 18 minutes of argument I was giving them some options instead of them giving me options I requested for a Boucher and they agreed as long as I paid $125 for that service I have nothing else to say very bad experience
