Purchased a flight for my handicapped father and wound up paying $72 for seats that were still available for purchase and never reserved by cheapflightsfares. After booking my flight with them I called the accessibility office at United to request wheel chair assistance and they mentioned that because of my fathers condition that he wouldn't have to pay for seats. After reviewing the reservation the attendant didn't even see that seats that I had paid for were reserved. In United's system they were still available for purchase. When I called the office at cheapflightsfares to explain the situation about the seats not being recognized by United and asked if it would be possible to get a refund for the seats because my father no longer needed them they said NO! I said so you're just going to take the money for something that you guys didn't even reserve the attendant said that because you are in basic economy that is the way that it is. This is absurd and they have absolutely poor customer service. But I guess the truth is in the name. For me and my experience with them I give them... Two Thumbs Down and wish I had more thumbs because they would get them all ! Proceed with caution!
