Prices are reasonable and booking is uneventful. The only thing is, I didn’t notice that my return flight is leaving from a different airport. When I called to change the booking, I was told by the agent that I can with a price adjustment of $130. I asked if there was anything cheaper. The call agent sounded rude and impatient and said that I should get the offer because it will only get higher. Last thing a customer wants or needs is to be pressured. However, the redeeming factor is that Customer Service called to follow up on my concern and helped me kindly. Now I have the booking I want for a very reasonable price.
