Cheap flights and others like you provide a great service. However, it is not so cheap when the airlines, over which you have no control, start to make you pay for bags & seats. Then you become no cheaper than the rest of the airlines out there, My ticket was listed as $181.00 ( $363.00 ) both ways, which is truly cheap, but by the time fees were added in. $288.00 for baggage fees, $130.00 for seat assignment and $ 75.98 for flight price ( I still don't know what this is ) I wound up paying $493.98---This makes you no cheaper than Southwest or other carriers. Again, this is not Cheap Air's fault and I would certainly use them again. The gentleman I spoke with gave me his name and number and asked if I had any problems and that I was to call him directly. This is service! Bravo Cheap Air! Airlines you stink! Again, I would use Cheap Air!
