Fares were good. I had a medical issue and needed to either change dates or cancel flights. I called and it was like talking to a deaf person. No help. They said call the airline that the tickets were for. They asked for a confirmation number which was totally different from the number I was given by Cheap Flights. It would have been very helpful for that number to be given to me. So not happy with that side of (customer service). I ended up going on the trip but with complications so was not a great experience.
