Fare is over charging me I didn't expect to have to pay for a seat in the past I never had to select a seat before I could purchase a ticket please look back at the travel purchase in October and November of 2022 and see how the form has changed it use to have a place you could check any seat is ok and the agent would assign a seat. It would not go any further until I purchased a seat. That should be noted someplace that the purchase of a seat is not required especially for elderly people like me. I have seen you a email but haven't gotten a response about the situation and the rudeness of the person I talked to on the phone. Please respond to my request for a refund and to take any seat you assign I don't need any added expenses. what I need is to be able financially to check my baggage but I can't take anything but my medicine and personal items on board. That's new also always in the past I could carry on a small personal bag. ? I don't understand how policies change from one month to the other.
