I booked a flight had to pay extra for a seat!! Then found out it was booked as basic economy and I can’t even bring a carry on!
After talking with them I will never book here again! I’m so disappointed that the website was not user friendly! I paid $250! For a 1 hr flight to not be able to even be able to have a carry on!! It’s my brother baby shower and I can’t even bring gifts!! So disappointing. To upgrade my flight to economy (I’m in basic economy) it’s $100! The would be $350!!! Just so sad!
