Happy with my eventual ticket. But I did feel the site was a bit cumbersome. In attempts to narrow down my choices, it would sometimes backfire and I would get back flights that did not match my criteria.
I also was encouraged to call for a better price. LOL that price was more than double the internet price, on their own website.
Overall however it was a positive experience and I'll try it again in the future.
