This company is in the business of scamming people. Unfortunately I made the mistake of buying a plane ticket through you and not directly from the airline. For reasons beyond my control I decided to cancel the reservation and called the airline directly, they canceled the reservation and made a full refund of the price, but they did it to the cheap flight fares intermediary card. I called cheap flights fares customer service to get the refund on my card and they told me that due to Spirit airline policies they cannot refund me which is not true because the airline refunds the full cost of the ticket 24 hours after seeing the ticket purchased. Now cheap flights fares is left with a value of $264.06, the cost of the flight ticket and the refund, that is robbery. So as I said before, this company, if it exists, is dedicated to stealing and scamming people.
