took over 1 hr to book a simple flight from Hnl to Pdx, - kept putting me on hold , I was using Hawaiian miles of which I had plenty and then your company charged me over 100.00 more. I asked if it was a fee you charge and he said NO. So what was it for??? LindaLappin
