Very dissatisfied customer service Had to contact the merchant several times via email to clarify status of my tickets and to confirm my payment. Which never had happened before with any of the merchants. After a while going back and forth, I received the email that the price went up for 90$ and that amount was charged to my card, however I would choose another flight for the money they offered the final price. As an excuse why I got charged the amount I didn’t my consent to charge me for, I was told I called the line to confirm the payment. However, I’ve never called the line!!! Allthe communication was done via the email only from my side. Highly disappointed with the customer service.
