I recently tried used Cheap Flights to purchase my flight. When I purchased my tickets they had these hidden costs like having to buy seats on the flight which included middle seats. I chose to pay for a window and aisle. 24 hours later they called me and told me they changed my seats to middle seats without any explanation. Needless to say I won’t use them again!
