Too high cancellation fees. Also charged twice both for departure and return trips,even if I bought a round trip together. Also, I chose the round trip ticket from YVR to YYZ, but it gave us from YVR to YKR,when I realized this 5 mins after I booked, I cancelled the tickets immediately and it still charged me about 200 hundred dollars. Very poor experience.
