First - ridiculous that there is is $52 charge for Carry-on luggage! Secondly - I was unable to cancel and get a refund on a flight even though I called the next day to cancel, (as per the written policy that was included in my ticketing document the flight was refundable within 24 hours of booking). I needed to change the date and they offered to do so, but there was no flight on the date I needed to fly so that wouldn't work for me (the next flight was two days after that, which wasn't going to work either). So, I'm stuck with a flight that doesn't meet my needs and I was unable to get a refund on it. Will NEVER book on CheapFlights again. Third - I found this SunCountry flight through Kayak, but when I went to book it was automatically re-directed to CheapFlights. I should have known not to book it through them, and will not make that mistake again.
