I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Extortion artists. I wanted to refund my booking, which was within the 24 hour window, and was told I couldn’t. After 10 minutes of explanations I was placed on hold, which was then disconnected. I called back to tell them I’d keep the booking and was told a refund was initiated which was shocking since three minutes before I was told it couldn’t happen. I decided to keep the booking and stop the refund process since our son was on that flight and was told that they couldn’t stop the refund, but for an additional $183.90 I could get back on the flight. So essentially they stopped the refund process and charged an additional $183.90 for me to get the same booking back. I DO NOT recommend this third party company.
