. I purchased refund and cancellation insurance. $45 extra.
I tried to cancel more than 24 hours in advance (as stated on the website and in an email and the company is trying to get me a refund from the airline. So,after long wait still no refund. Could possible be the worst company to deal with ever. NO REFUND OR CREDIT FOR FUTURE FLIGHT
WHAT IS THE POINT OF PAYING FOR CANCELLATION INSURANCE WHEN IT DOES NOT WORK.
