I booked a flight at a rate of $86. My credit card didn’t go through for some reason but I received an email that started my rate was guaranteed for 24 hrs. I updated my credit card and sure enough about 20 min later I got a call saying that the prices have gone up so they cannot charge my card. This was within 4 hrs of receiving the email stating a guarantee. I rebooked another flight and once again the payment verification process was faulty. I had to call and be on the phone where I had already spend numerous hours online looking for flights and chose cheap flight fares and here they are disorganized and lying about rates. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND
