Bait and switch, brought me in with a low fare, bought via credit card, received a message saying there was a problem with the credit card, called them provided the same credit card and was ensured it was ok, received another message the next day to call them again, was on the phone with them for 30 minutes were I was told that prices had raised by 60%, had to provide a credit card again to secure the flight at the higher price. To top it off they charged me a flight insurance fee that was never asked for by me and I had specifically denied in my original request. What state are you licensed under?
