I bought a flight that the airline later negated. Cheap Flights (CF) called me shortly thereafter and explained the issue and subsequently booked me on a different flight/route. I later got two calls from CF's Customer Service checking up on the situation and confirming the new flight. The CF Customer Service team was on the case and figured out that there had been an issue and made sure we were comfortable with the solution. The refund and new cost hit my credit card on the same date so there was no issue with fund flows. Thank you.
