worst experience ever! I purchased 4 air flight tickets and had to cancel within the 24 hour period because I found a better deal. What came next was a nightmare dealing with these people. they are very unfriendly and will give you many excuses as to why you should not cancel. After all the BS they told me they would charge a cancelation fee per person! I asked where on their policy it states that information and they could not give me an answer! buyer beware with this agency! they are very shady! these people stole $100 out of my pocket to cancel within the 24 hour period that all airlines allow to cancel within!! I would not recommend! go directly to the airline!! it is always less expensive!
