I purchased a flight from CFF but the next day was notified that their website was wrong and that flight was no longer avilable. I was then directed to speak with a representative who then incorrectly told me that the only option I had was a flight that was double what I saw online. After booking the flight, I rebooked directly through the airline for half the price and was charged a cancellation fee much higher than what is quoted on their website (the airline does not institute a cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours). I would be wary of using this site--difficult customer service reps and I feel ripped off. Edit: CFF reached out to me and took the time to hear my issue and issued me a 50% refund for my issue
